Retail Orders – How to Place an Order
- Place your order directly on the website
- Enter your complete buyer information, including RFC (required by Mexican law)
- Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout. Most shipments are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
- If a shipping company contacts you requesting additional payment after checkout, do not pay. Contact me with your order number so I can assist.

Wholesale Orders – How to Place an Order
Wholesale pricing is available based on minimum order quantities (MOQ). There is no minimum order value.
To place a wholesale order, contact me via WhatsApp with:
- Product list and quantities
- Full name and business name (if applicable)
- RFC
- Shipping address
- Email and phone number
Wholesale customers are added to a private WhatsApp group where I share product updates, special pricing, and availability.
Shipping Costs (Wholesale / Volume Orders)
All shipping costs listed below are estimates. Final shipping charges depend on weight, box size (volume), and Mexican Customs assessment. Shipping companies charge based on actual weight or volumetric (dimensional) weight — whichever is higher.
Standard Box Sizes and Rates
The following rates apply only if the order fits within the box size listed. If an item requires a larger box, shipping costs will increase, even if the shipment is light.
- USD $40 — up to 5 kg
Max box size: 12 × 12 × 12 inches (approximately up to 100 rolls of film) - USD $75 — up to 10 kg
Max box size: 14 × 14 × 14 inches - USD $100 — up to 12 kg
Max box size: 14 × 14 × 14 inches - USD $125 — up to 15 kg
Max box size: 14 × 14 × 14 inches - USD $150 — up to 20 kg
Max box size: 24 × 18 × 12 inches
If the shipment exceeds these limits, a larger box and higher shipping cost will apply.
Shipments Over 20 kg
Orders over 20 kg require multiple boxes. Each additional box is charged separately based on size and weight.
Shipping rates are set by the carrier and are not negotiable.
Customs and Duties
Customs duties and taxes are determined by Mexican authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility. Rates may vary based on product origin and customs assessment.

Shipping Timeline (All Orders)
Typical delivery time is 14–16 business days after payment.
Order process:
- Order placed

- Items sourced if not in stock
- Shipment crosses the border
- Final delivery via Estafeta, DHL, FedEx, or UPS
Tracking usually activates within 24 hours after carrier drop-off (weekdays only).

Shipping companies price shipments based on volume as well as weight.

No. All shipping prices are estimates and may change based on carrier and customs assessment.
Do I need an RFC?
Yes. RFC information is required by Mexican law for all shipments.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 14–16 business days after payment.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
